How many sessions will I need?
This depends on nature and complexity of your condition. Your physiotherapist will be able to advise you on the number of sessions required at the initial assessment.
How long is a physiotherapy treatment?
Musculoskeletal and sports injury physiotherapy treatment the normal session length is thirty minutes.
What should I wear to my first appointment?
Wear something comfortable. Bring a pair of shorts if it is a lower back, hip, knee, ankle, or a foot problem. Bring a tank top / vest if it is a neck, upper back, shoulder, elbow, or hand problem.
Do I need a referral to see a physiotherapist?
Yes, please speak to your manager who can make a referral to our service, following which we will be in touch to make an appointment.
