Our counselling service offers free, confidential support for a wide range of personal and work-related issues. We provide both short-term therapy and solution-focused support to help you address your challenges.

How It Works

Referral

Please speak to your manager who can refer to the Wellbeing service for an assessment and further referral.

Confidential Assessment

You'll have an initial meeting with a qualified counsellor to discuss your concerns and begin creating a treatment plan tailored to your needs.

Ongoing Support

You’ll receive regular sessions. By a qualified professional.

Follow-Up Care

If needed, we will provide follow-up services or further support including referrals for long-term mental health care.

24/7 availability

Access support at a time that suits you, whether you’re dealing with an urgent issue or seeking ongoing support.

Confidentiality

Your sessions are completely confidential. No information is shared with your employer or colleagues without your consent.

How can the EAP service help me?

The EAP is available to you whenever you need it. You don’t need to be in a crisis to access support — it’s for everyday challenges, big and small. Some signs that you may benefit from using the service include:
